You sign up with email and card and pick your plan. The trial lasts 14 days and includes what you chose — the modules, the tier and the add-ons — with their included volumes. Nothing is charged and nothing extra is used: once the included conversations, outcomes, documents or minutes are reached, that item pauses until you activate the plan. If you do not cancel, the subscription starts when the trial ends.
So you do not have to set everything up again at the end of the trial: if you carry on, Chattoo stays on without interruption. Nothing is charged during the trial.
